Luisa Alberto  With 10 years of experience working in the bay area food scene, including alongside a successful pop-up chef and renowned specialty coffee roaster, somehow a specialty pop-up juice bar seems like a natural progression. Sōw was born out of a desire to enjoy and showcase a fresh take on nature’s bounty.

Derek Castro  After many moons researching, developing, brewing and training others in the art of coffee, Derek is putting his creativity and thirst for knowledge into sourcing organic and heirloom produce from local farmers and conjuring seasonal concoctions of the juice variety.
